OCTOBER 10TH, 2026 – VANCOUVER CONVENTION CENTRE-EAST
CONTEST RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter. To enter the VIT EXPO Contest, enter your name, email address and phone number on the available lists at the ticket counter on the day of the event
2. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY DURING EXPO PER PERSON. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using different email addresses is violation of this rule and will be declared ineligible.
3. TIME PERIOD. The contest begins on Oct. 10Th, 2026 and ends on October 13th, or until all the prizes have been won.
4. PRIZES. Prizes to be awarded are listed on the program guide. Prizes have no immediate cash value.
5. DRAWING. Winner(s) will be randomly selected before the end of day on October 10th, 2026 and will be advised by either email or telephone call to arrange acceptance of prize. If no prize is claimed after one week then alternative winners will be selected. The odds of winning depend upon a maximum number of entries.
6. ELIBIBILITY. The contest is open to only legal residents of British Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Ticket holders will not receive more than one prize during the drawing. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, provincial or local laws. VIT EXPO INC. Employees and their immediate families of VIT EXPO and its affiliates (agencies, cooperating advertisers, etc.) are ineligible. Each winner, if asked, must state they have complied will all the rules and that winner consents that VIT EXPO INC. And anyone else it may authorize may use winner’s name, photograph and statements concerning the contest without compensation for purposes of advertising and promotion.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. VIT EXPO INC. reserved the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond VIT EXPO INC.’s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the contests. VIT EXPO INC. Reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this contest or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. DATA COLLECTION. Sponsor and promoters collect personal information from you when you enter the contest. The information collected is subject to the VIRT EXPO INC. Privacy Policy. All entrants by submitting their email address agree to opt in to receive a confirmation email of prize winning.
9. WINNER(S) LIST. If you would like the name of the grand prize winners send an email request with subject line “Contest Winners VIT EXPO” to events@vitexpo.ca. Requests will only be accepted after the contest period has ended and no later than October 31, 2026.
10. DAMAGES. User expressly understands and agrees that we shall not e liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exempt or otherwise) resulting from any use of, or inability to use, this website, or resulting from any errors or omission in the the content of this website, regardless of the basis upon which liability is claimed. Even if we have been visaed of the possibility of such loss or damages.
